- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Maintain Bills &asset inventory of hardware within assigned territory.
- Possess an advanced level of knowledge working with various operating systems like Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems software.
- Dialer support for Call center.
- Good knowledge on Mail clients like, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Window live mail, Mozilla Thunder Bird etc.
- Good knowledge of the Windows Active Directory domain architecture and its interaction with the desktop environment.
- candidate must know -Linux , outlook , Domain , Dialer backup.
