Job Description
We have an urgent openings for Technical Executive position with a reputed company at Goregaon
Location - Goregaon
Position - Technical Executive
Salary - 25k - 28k net
Job Description
- Taking rounds of all electrical equipments like DG,UPS,electrical panels, synchronizing panels, PS batteries, all electrical DBs etc. & physical checking to ensure for proper operation.
- Taking rounds of all HVAC equipments like chillers,PAC,DX units,AHU,VAVs,VFDs,server room etc. & physical checking to ensure for proper operation.
- Taking rounds of VESDA panel, fire alarm panel,WLD system, access controller system, FM 200 system etc. to proper operation.
- Need to go through checklist during rounds & signing off.
- Prompt attention for breakdown calls.
- Read all outlook mail and sop if any related to technical then resolve it.(try to solve EOD if possible)
- If any event in premises then make sure that all electrical sockets in good condition.
- Check Electrical material availability every day
- In certain case when we required urgent technical material then ask petty cash from soft service manager
- If any equipment is malfunctioning then immediately follow up with vendor.
- If any technical issue occur then solve it & also store documentary related to it.
- In night shift floor light reflector & filter cleaning for effective illumination & Healty operation of AHU
- All shift work detail mails to HOD
- Daily briefing of technicians.
- Complaint tracker updating.
- Assurance of AHU filters cleaning.
- Electrical Consumables Inventory updating
- Training session for M & E team as required.
- Chiller's Condenser coil cleaning, DG area cleaning.
- DG no load testing/DG Load test
- Preparation of MMR, QBR and Checks of all equipments quarterly PPM.
- Maintain all files(M & E team attendance, electrical material, Service & ppm report)
- Checked all equipment AMC date & if expired then inform to HOD ,Scheduled monthly ppm(Update ppm tracker).
- Follow up with Adani team for auto transfer of electricity bill amount before 10th of every month to get ECS incentives."

- Check & verify Tech team monthly attendance & Send to FM.
