Candidate should be responsible for Handling all company secretarial matters (preparation, maintenance and filing of all required documents) under the companies Act and rules there under such as documentation for Board and Shareholder meetings

Handling all company secretarial matters (preparation, maintenance and filing of allrequired documents) under the companies Act and rules there under such asdocumentation for Board and Shareholder meetings
Conducting Committee/ Board/ General Meetings and follow up on action points
Examine and advise the corporate compliance applicable to the company
Issue of quarterly compliance certificate
Assisting with ROC filing
