Job Description
Assistant Manager,Marketing Analytics
In this role, you will be part of the Strategic Marketing team that supports a top Private debt/equity lender in the U.S. The role involves providing descriptive analytics, market intelligence through on leveraged / commercial lending market in the U.S and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Extracting data from financial statements and Reporting of Financial performance of KPIs, metrics in user-friendly Power BI and excel dashboards with drill-down functionality
- Prepare summarized reports as a response to routine / ad-hoc investor queries and requests based on available internal and external information related to leveraged loan markets
- Strategic research and benchmarking of the private and public investment firms in the target markets and profile, report the findings for the senior leadership.
- Validate submissions to various research agencies weekly
- Reporting of various demand & supply indicators of loan market weekly
- Work on alternate datasets to understand the sentiment, gain insights on macro-economic scenarios
- Descriptive analytics experience using Python or VBA skillset
- Excellent communication skills and requires close interaction with customers & business.
- Reporting process results to the Management team
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- MBA (Finance) is a must.
- Experience in advanced reporting and analytics skills in Banking & Financial Services Industry.
- Possess client handling or good communication skills.
- Data visualization skills Power BI
- Excellent client centricity, proactively design and executes research projects
- As the process has considerable Ad-hoc research requests, the candidate should have an analytical mindset to continuously innovate, upskill and display high inquisitiveness to handle newer and niche studies/projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and be a self-starter
Preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of Python
