Responsibilities
- Market research to identify good Architects/Prospects/Clients
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, references & social media
- Set up meetings with Architects/Big Real Estate/ Potential Clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals with clients
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 2-8 years in Sales involving Architects/Interior Design/Tiles/SanitaryWare
- Thorough understanding of Sales & Negotiating techniques
- Passion for Sales/BD
