Job Description

We are looking for a HR Generalist with specialization in Comp & Ben, Labour & Legal Compliances

Qualification: Degree holder in any stream (preferably LLB), with additional specialization / experience in Legal / Labour Compliances and / or HR / similar relevant field. Having a post-graduation would be an added benefit.

Experience Bracket: 3-4 years prior experience in a mid-sized organization handling legal compliances as well as specializing in C&B / Labour Compliances

• Good understanding of employment lifecycle with specific interest in labour / legal compliances
• Should be able to design / re-design the C&B structure based on business goals and strategy, which matches our work and organizational culture
• Familiarity with current labour laws and regulations with interest to keep upgrading knowledge
• Must assist Business / Finance / HR in facing labour / customer audits
• Should have advanced knowledge of MS-Excel with hands-on experience in HR Software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of English and confident in communication

Work Location: Bangalore (Richmond Road / HSR )

• Preferably male candidate

• No constraints of location/city
• Proficient in the local language
