We are hiring for the Myntra process for a reputed BPO based in Salt Lake City. Please check the JD and apply if you are interested.

Job profile:

The job is purely a customer care profile, wherein the candidates will have to take inbound calls and help clients to book order on myntra.com. The candidates will handle new order, cancellation, complaints, suggestions, etc

Job timing and off/Cabs

• Shift 24*7. (Drop only provided during the odd hours)
• 6 Working days, 1 rotational week off.
• 1side cab only in odd hours
• JOB LOCATION IS SALT LAKE CITY
• EXCELLENT ENGLISH MUST

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Undergraduate/postgraduate all eligible
• Male /female both eligible
• the candidate must have excellent English and Hindi skills. Poor English communication skills not eligible

Salary and perks:

• Remuneration (Fresher) 14750 CTC (take home 11445)
• Remuneration (Experienced) 18000 CTC (take home 14153)

The interview will be face to face only

Only immediate joiners are required

The candidate must be flexible with the job timings and ready to work in the rotal shifts including night shifts

The candidate must have all pa[pers from the last company including educational documents.
