Planning strategies and implementation. Field work and visit of various location.
Managing team Training of a Team(On Field Off Field executives).
Must have Team Handling Exposure.
Candidates from Pharma industry will be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates from Pharma Background will be eligible.
Must be comfortable to work alone or with the team in the market.
Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical or medical representative or in medical sales, especially in Critical Care division.
Conceptualize & execute strategies to achieve the Business goals.
Conduct/analyze/review business in the state on a monthly basis.
Support & interface distribution management for achieving the distributor sales.
Ensure recruitment & right deployment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation in any stream.
Minimum 4 years of Critical Care Division experience is mandatory. The age limit of the candidate should be maximum 40 years.
Should have excellent Leadership skills.
Good communication skill with fluency in English and regional language.
