Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

10+ years of IT experience primarily executing the projects in healthcare domain.

10+ years deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, Coding & Compliance , Healthcare regulations, Claims Management, Healthcare Analytics
Strong analytical skills that includes looking at the data, synthesize that information, and glean from that, recommendations to solve client problems.
5+ years experience developing financial models & ROI analysis to prove & show our value to our clients.
Experience in pipeline growth/ demand creation ability to increase the number and value of qualified sales opportunities for architect sale solutions
Strong experience dealing with executive leadership/C-suite in both client organizations & internally.
Skilled in navigating internal and customer organizations, political landscapes, and stakeholder personalities. This includes the ability to identify who are your buyers, objectors, champions, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Ability to understand the latest technical trends in Market to propose solutions for Healthcare customers
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
