We are hiring for the role of "Relationship Manager".
Job Title : Relationship Manager-Bancassurance
Work Location :Bangalore and Sirsi
Experience : 0.6 months- 1 year
Age criteria : 23 Years
Eligibility Criteria - Any Graduation (Compulsory)
Note :Vehicle Mandatory (Two Wheeler)
Position Summary:
Lead front line sales of the company's products and services and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business targets with individual performance
Job description:
- Visiting assigned branches and generate referrals from every visit that made to customer.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
- Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the Customers and as defined by the organization.
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities.
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis.
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager.
Eligibility:
- 0.6 to 1 year of sales experience.
- Must be graduate.
