Job Description

Ensuring timely processing of Account Opening forms & Service Request on First Time Right concept.
Aligning with the Channel Partners to highlight & resolve discrepancies, if any, at the earliest to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Deliverable Management Ensuring follow up & timely delivery of Welcome Kit etc to the clients in time.
Ensuring adherence to banking regulation & policies pertaining to Anti Money laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), Data & Information security etc.
Forging effective relationships with customers and channel partners and ensuring quality customer onboarding/service as per Bank's policy and guidelines.
Handle customer queries and complains
Manage assigned branch operational functions like custodian for pins, cheque books, locker, etc.
