Insurance Customer Service & Sales in Malad & Thane - Salary upto 26000

Desired Profile:

Graduate or Post Graduate with experience in Sales or Telesales of any product may apply

Experience in BPO will be an added advantage

Fluent English is a must

Well mannered, good confidence, aggressive to do sales, Positive Attitude is a must

Basic knowledge about Banking, Insurance, Customer Service, Telesales, Selling techniques or skills is a must

Shifts:

For Males & Females both: 7 am to 9 pm (9 hrs. Rotational shifts)

Week Offs:

Sunday Fix & 1 Additional week off ( total 8 week offs a month)

Salary Range:

15800 to 26200 in hand + other financial benefits (150 rs to 200 rs daily allowance & more) & appraisals on time

Job Role:

Help customers buy insurance policies as per their needs

Advise clients on services and resolve issues

Youll be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and cross-selling them other insurance related products and services for their near & dear ones

Perform administrative duties (e.g. entering data intocompanyssoftware)
