Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of SA, Accounts Payable
Responsibilities- Keeping track of all payments including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying offload shops by verifying Invoice documents and follow-up with approvals, payment run
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce graduate degree
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytic abilities
