We have some urgent requirements for the position of Tele Callers/Web Consultants/Customer care Executives.

**Freshers are welcome.

 **Persons having experience in international voice process can also apply.

Morning Shift (7.30 am - 4.30 pm)

Location -Kolkata Job

Salary: Fixed Salary+PF+ESIC+Incentives

**Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

Job Description:

1. You will be responsible for finding and generating new clients for web services.
   2. Making cold calls, creating & sending targeted for lead generation
   3. Comfortable initiating conversations with CXO level people.
   4. Capture accurate data about the conversation and Maintain detailed communication documentation
   5. Database Development/ churning, etc of the potential clients.
   6. Proposal writing, follow up, requirement gathering, link between the development team & client.
   7. Prospect for potential new clients & turn this into increased business.
   8. Good Communication Skill
   9. Good knowledge of computer and internet
   10. Energetic, dynamic with good interpersonal skill
