Job Description

  • As a Business Development Associate Recruitment & Staffing Services you will research and create a database of hiring companies through Internet searches Research and Social Media Platforms.
  • Research accounts and identify key players using platforms such as LinkedIn and web searches
  • Business prospecting also through internet research and lead generation
  • Develop the leads and move them deeper into the sales funnel
  • Make outbound calls ,connect with hiring managers and decision makers and convince them avail The Search House services to hire manpower for open positions in their company.
  • Update the status on CRM after sending out a customized mail.
  • Follow-up with leads on a regular basis through calls and WhatsApp
  • Sales coordination ,Preparing and sending proposals etc
  • Client meetings as and when required to close deal and sign up contract terms.

Eligibility Requirement:

  • Experience of working in a Business Development/Inside Sales role in Recruitment, Staffing,Training,Consulting companies will be given preference.
  • Excellent flair for an online telesales role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must show the willingness to learn new things now and then
  • Ability to convince prospects by using logical and emotional arguments
  • Positve mind-set and highly energetic
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Proficient with business productivity tools (eg. MS Office, Internet savy)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Requirements

  • You will be working from home from 10 AM to 6:30 PM with half day on Saturdays Sunday weekly off.
  • Leave is not applicable during the probation period.
  • You must have your own PC/Laptop and Mobile Handset. Company will only provide post paid Sim card for calling
  • A remuneration of upto to Rs.25,000 + Monthly Bonus basis performance
  • Salary may be increased post probation if the performance is very good
