Job Description
MT, Reinsurance ClaimsIn this role you will be responsible for adjust and authorize claim settlements and fees within designated individual authority limits. Provide a prompt and responsive service to clients and brokers and work closely with, whilst monitoring the performance of, external service providers and raise any issue which may occur to ensure data is accurate.
Responsibilities- Adjust and authorize claim settlements and fees within designated individual authority limits
- Provide a timely and responsive service to clients and brokers
- Work closely with, whilst monitoring the performance of, external service providers and raise any issues which may occur to ensure data is accurate
- Assist with the preparation for client auditing
- Organize the provision of administrative services, maintain records and provide management information
- Operate and utilize the in-house IT systems and that of external service providers for data input, reporting, data interrogation and report generation as required
- Assist Onshore Team in preparation for quarterly reserving meetings with underwriters and actuaries
- Operate to established "Claims Best Practice"
- Process advices and settlements on the appropriate systems
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent formal education qualification
- Relevant related experience
- Completion / progress towards recognized Industry qualification e.g. ACII
