Job Title :-Client Project Specialist
Education background: - BE in Computer Science, Bachelor in Comp Science/Masters in Comp Science or Bachelor in Comp Application/Master in Comp Application from an accredited college or University.
Experience: - 8-10 years.
Responsibilities:
Client relations experience in the software industry is preferred
Project governance, risk monitoring, and other activities are key elements in the daily reality of this position.
The Project Specialist may be required to work in collaboration with a Senior Project Manager on their assigned projects.
v Provide Project Management support to our clients by:
v Overseeing small projects and providing proper status and progress like: module addition, DICOM and HL7 migrations, Server addition, etc;
v Managing small projects within the PMO until client acceptance
v Liaising directly with project stakeholders (both internal and external) to keep them updated as to progress on different projects.
Provide Administration Support to PMO by:
v Assisting with KPI/metric gathering related to the Project Specialist team deliverables within PMO;
v Assisting in updating Visio or Lucid Chart diagrams for clients;
v Suggesting and participating into Lessons Learned Management
v Suggesting and participating in project processes continuous improvements, in collaboration with other service delivery teams
Participate in the process for selling modules/services to existing clients by:
v Coordinating, tracking and following up on trials or early adopter of modules;
v Creation of tickets for the technical teams to initiate work required for the execution of selling modules/services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both oral and written)
