CBRE is hiring a "Help desk executive" based in Bangalore for a reputed MNC client.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Communicating with clients and customers about their experience with our service.
2. Working with the manager on monthly and weekly reports based on client requirements.
3. Move In -Move Out management and Vendor Management.
4. Responding to the customer's Emails. maintaining the files and records.
5. Tracking the customer's quires until it got rectified.
*Education Criteria :
10th + 3 year Diploma
10th + 12th+ 2 year diploma
10th + 12th+ Graduation
10th + Graduation.
10th + ITI + Diploma (2 or 3 years)
