Job Details Managing Partner
Recruiting:
Organize and run recruitment events for APs and LAs.
Is an expert in the recruitment processes, and is able to identify the prospective LA and APs for the unit.
Planning and Goal Setting:
Conducts review discussions/wakeup meetings as and when required.
Plan goals & performance needs for APs in a periodic manner.
Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.
Own the operational aspects of coding of an a new AP and other day to day interactions with support functions whenever required.
Developing and Coaching:
Can successfully run Train -Audit-Retrain cycle on skills of APs.
Selection to on boarding of the APs and responsible for APs income.
Help whenever needed in prospecting/suspecting activity in the field.
Operate as a products subject matter expert.
Attend joint field work activity.
Contact APs who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training.
Job Details For Agency Channel:
1. Leading the team of Advisors like CAs, Tax Consultant, Influential House Wives, MLM networking professionals and people taken VRS.
2. Training, motivating & providing update market information.
3. Strategizing, planning & implementing new ideas of business.
4. Managing and servicing only Wealth Management and HNI customers.
5. Set up NRI Cell, devising acquisition strategy to cross-sell & acquiring New To Insurance clients.
6. Analyzing training needs with respect to products, behavioral and managerial Developing training modules.
7. Drawing the training calendar.
8. Imparting Class room Training on products or selling skills during Induction programs or Cycle meets and field trainings.
9. Exercise checks and controls effectively, for discipline performance.
10. Getting implemented companies strategies effectively and feedback.
11. Built a competent sales management team.
12. To achieve sales Targets.
Personal Attributes : - Integrity, High energy levels, Ability to learn, Ability to build positive relationships, self-driven.
Please note that its not necessary to have an only insurance sales experience for applying but only good sales experience of 6 months or a year is enough.
