Dear Candidate,

JD for Technical Support

  • Willing to work as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Should have Knowledge on Office365, outlook configuration , MS office products ,etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 0 year to 8 years of technical experience require.
  • Should have excellent communication in English
  • Should be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts

Any Graduates/Post Graduates
