Project Manager-Sales -Building Material
Salary:45000-55000/m +Incentives+TA
Job location:Kochi (all kerala)
Experience : 5-10 Yeas in project sales (Building Products )

We are looking for a high-performing Project Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities
Business Lead Generation & Conversion in Sales from the projects segment. - To Meet with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Contractors etc.
sales. - Able to manage contractors & project dealers.

Sales Role:
a) Command on live projects and conversion in sales.

b) To maintain the Sales & collection cycle. (Lead generation to sales, collection & supply)

Skills: - Experience in Building Material Industry

• Market Knowledge and Competition Assessment - Key Account Management Process

Good Communication Skill -

• Skilled in Conflict management in day to day operations if any.

Behavioral Competencies: -

• Driven for results

Openness to reach out to others, communicate persuasively and remain optimistic
