Dear all

we have an opening for Accounting cum Purchase Executive

Designation: Accounting cum Purchase Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary is not the constraint for the right candidate

Job Description :

Daily posting of vouchers and Sale Invoice, Purchase Invoice and Expense Bills.
Preparation of Vouchers and Bank Reconciliations and Vendor Reconciliation.
Preparation and Filing of GST, TDS , PT and other Statutory Returns.
Monitoring of proper accounting of payments and processing of cheque accurately and on time.
Finalization of Accounts.
Experience in petty cash handling , voucher setting , reimbursements, accounts receivable & payable.
Strong hand on Excel and Tally ERP Software.
Fair communication, decent personality, optimistic . Confident in handling work independently.
Experience in coordination of PURCHASE and SALES.
