• Handling outbound call process
• Team Handling role, Product : Home Loan/ Auto Loan
• Managing a team of 10-12 Sales Officers.
• Responsible for lead generation and completion of the team target.
• Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
• Sell Home Loan/ Auto Loan.
• Understand the requirement of customer.
• Process it ahead to the sales team by tagging interested & need to follow up on the leads. Leads to be forwarded to sales for maximum conversion till the file disbursed.
