Job Description
TEAM LEAD
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Thorough understanding of KPI & Shrinkage. Attrition calculation.
- Provide any training that team members need
- Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Listen to team members' feedback
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Distribute reports to the appropriate personnel
- Understand all organizations products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
- Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
Requirements:-
- Team Management skills and ability to drive Quality and Productivity.
- Sound knowledge of designing appropriate Standard Operating Process (SOP's) and workflows.
- Proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem solving capability.
- Strong with People Management & should be well versed with conducting performance appraisals.
- Good with Current product / process knowledge and should have willingness to learn.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Experience: 1-4 years (on paper experience as a Team Lead)
Language Must be fluent in English & Hindi.
Qualification Must be a graduate
Job Location: Kolkata
CTC 3L p/a to 4L p/a
Joining: ASAP or 10 days
