Audience Operations Specialist CDPWe are specifically looking for hands-on experience with campaign operations:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing business related field or equivalent work history
1 year of experience in CDP Customer Data Platform campaign operations or building segments in any marketing automation tool
Understanding of Customer Data Platforms CDPs and marketing technologies eg Hightouch Action IQ Treasure Data Adobe Experience Platform Twilio Segment Salesforce Data Cloud
Proven track record of operating a Customer Data Platform and related technologies to support personalized marketing scenarios
Familiarity with SQL or query tools for audience creation
Knowledge of customer privacy regulations eg GDPR CCPA as they apply to marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Responsibilities
This role will focus on creating and managing segmentsaudiences for marketing activations and events through our Customer Data Platform and other platforms
This role focuses segment building customer journey creation and orchestration across multiple channels to deliver personalized and effective marketing campaigns
Acting as a bridge between marketing strategy data activation and technology execution the Audience Specialist ensures audiences are datadriven and aligned with marketing goals
Ensuring data integrity privacy compliance and security protocols are maintained
Utilize the CDP to create detailed customer profiles and segments allowing for personalized marketing efforts
Analyze customer data to identify trends behaviors and opportunities that can inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish data collection processes and define data governance frameworks
Work closely with marketing sales IT and other departments to align data initiatives with business goals to align campaign strategies and to achieve common goals
Act as the primary point of contact for all CDPrelated audience inquiries and training
Evaluate and implement improvements to CDP processes and workflows based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of datadriven marketing initiatives
Conduct AB testing and optimize segments based on performance metrics
Track and analyze audience performance metrics providing insights for optimization and reporting to stakeholders
Prepare and present insights and reports to stakeholders highlighting significant findings and recommendations
Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to customer data management and analytics
