Position: Corporate HR Executive

Function: Talent Acquistion

Job Location: BKC Mumbai

Job Description:

• Will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquistion (VP) and will suppport him and lead in coprorate recruitment (CXOs, Sr Positions)
• Will source apt profiles from shine portal, linkedin, soical media and self network to close open corporate positions
• Will interview, screen profiles and schedule them for interveiws with departmental heads and will coordiante till position closure till joining
• Will maintain corporate hiring tracker to track recruitment requirements and closures
• Will coordinate with senior business leaders at a corporate level to work on hiring needs 
• Individual contributor role

Eligibility:

• Expert in recruitment and experienced in sourcing leadership hiring
• Great communications skills, fluent in english language and capability to coordinate with senior business leaders
• Good with excel
• Strong in sourcing profiles from job portals, social media and whatsapp groups, and own network
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under stringent timelines 
• Ability to handle pressure and to priortize tasks and time management
• 5 day working 
• 3rd party payroll
