Job Description

• A candidate having dynamic personality having experience in FMCG Sector only .
• Achieving sales targets through acquisition of clients .
• Making new parties & Retailing of Products
• Fully Control over market & Channel Partners godown Stock .

Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning implementing and monitoring annual drive -plan for the state as an entrepreneurial manger .
• Driving ,tracking ,managing and reporting primary and secondary sales in the state .
• Owning responsibility for all promotional activities in territory .
• Preparing comprehensive business plans and breakdown of primary and secondary targets for the team .
• FMCG Channel Management: Managing distributors /super distributor and dealers right from their appointment to their ongoing coordination , business relationship and sales performance .
• Managing wholesalers/SRO/Large traders .
• Developing strong analytical ,tactical and organizational skills for channel partners .
