SpiceJet invites energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join them ! We are conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Sr. Exe / AM - Loyalty Operations in our SpiceClub Department on 22nd Jan'21 from 11:00 am to 12:00pm (Friday).

Job Description:
- Assist in overall operations and ensure adherence to processes as per standards
- Monitoring and handling day to day work related to operations and addressing them within TAT
- Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and implement necessary solutions.
- Coordinate overall backend operation for smooth functioning of the program.
- Handle entire operations process, from prioritizing member related queries to maintaining program SLAs with internal and external stakeholders like Customer Experience/Call Centre/ IT/Finance etc.
- Co-ordinate with IT support for technical troubleshoot, update of software etc
- Ensuring all customer queries are being addressed within TAT
- Responsible to oversee the implementation of product change and ensuring quality check and excellence is maintained.
- Preparing process notes and training other team members.
- Publishing performance reports, SOPs on a regular basis.
- Exposure on tools like Opera, Salesforce and various other loyalty software will be an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Project management skills
- Strong computer skills, including M.S. Office Applications i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
