Job Description
Profile: IT Project Manager - Java
Job Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
Salary offered: 20 - 25 Lacs
Minimum experience: 10 yrs
Working days: Monday - Friday (First Saturday working)
Working hours: 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Notice period: 30 days
Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Overall management and implementation of complex and/or larger multifaceted projects/platform/product
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling multiple projects using proven methods and techniques.
- Participates in all client meetings and is especially involved in start-up and closure meetings
- Perform high-level assessment of the business, functional, technical and nontechnical requirements of the project.
- Prepare a detailed project plan/work breakdown structure that includes functional and activity decomposition matrix for all new projects and key milestones for each phase of the SDLC.
- Coordinate with management in introducing new processes/standards or improving the existing ones.
- Co-ordinate with functional/BAs/client for requirements and status updates of the project.
- Monitor UAT on an ongoing basis for validity, impact and closure of issues with Technical Leads.
- Manage and implement/support major system enhancements by establishing appropriate change management procedures
- Prepare project reports and matrices to be presented to Senior management
Skill Set
- Proven track records for designing and delivering a large complex multifaceted projects or leading a product team of 20+ team members on J2EE.
- Technical Experience on Advance Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate and other similar technologies
- Experience on Cloud computing AWS/Azure
- Experience of Integration with other application using ESB / Integration tools
- Strong status reporting and management of expectations
- Should be well versed in agile development methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- PMP/PRINCE2/ Scrum Master Certificates is an added advantage
- Able to groom exceptional performers
