We are currently hiring experienced ControlM Administrators (L2/L3) with 6-8 years of hands-on expertise for our teams in Mumbai and Bangalore. Your background seems like a strong match, and we would like to understand your interest in exploring this opportunity.

Role: ControlM Administrator
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Shifts: 24*7 rotational (including night & weekend support)


Key Responsibilities
Perform L2/L3 ControlM administration, scheduling, maintenance, enhancement, and production/application support.
Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot issues related to backups, applications, and file transfers.
Strong hands-on experience with MFT.
Perform installation, upgrade, and migration of ControlM/Server, ControlM/EM, and Agents.
Experience in DR/HA activities and ensuring high availability.
Configure and manage ControlM Agents and Plug-ins, including day-to-day production analysis and reporting.
Work extensively with ControlM utilities, integrations, plugins, and API-based connections.
Resolve P1/P2 production issues promptly and provide oncall support during non-business hours.
Leverage automation and scripting (UNIX shell scripting, Python, or similar).
Work across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
Familiarity with ITIL V3 processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
