Urgent requirement for the post of Relationship Manager
We have an opening for the post of Relationship Manager in Reliance Nippon Life Insurance at Kolkata Location .
CTC: 2.20L to 3.60 L CTC per annum + Incentives basis performance + Opportunity to Travels to exciting locations Nationally and Internationally.
Candidates must have Minimum 6 months Experience in Sales.
Graduation Compulsory.
Role:
* Visit potential customers for new business. Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.
* Represent Reliance Nippon life Insurance to all customers. Tell the Customer about the company/ channel and products.
* Direct selling to the customer via appointments (Office/ Home visits).
* Leads/ appointments as and when allocated are to be attended and reverted within the TAT.
* Handling existing customer portfolio if allocated and lead generating through it. Also, candidate should generate business via converting individual leads generated by him.
Career Progression:-
6 month growth cycle with fast track (Anyone can take promotion any-time within 6 month by completing the target)
