SMC Global Securities Limited is hiring Sales Executive ,

Location ; Mumbai , Bangalore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective

Responsible for achieving Sales Target and monthly benchmarks set by Supervisors.
Maintaining Call Quality (Quality score should be greater than 80%)
Updating CRM with in prescribed TAT.
Keep abreast of Cross sell products (Insurance/ MF).
Generating leads through cold calling & references.
Timely follow-up with prospects with in framework of company compliance
Converting at-least 15% of assigned Talisma leads
