Qualifications

Minimum - HSC / 'A' level

Excellent communications skills in English

Should have a neutral accent that is easy to comprehend. Speech clarity an absolute must.

Good thought process & reasoning skills

Should have demographic knowledge of the United States and its states, time zones, etc

Other information

Knowledge of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act will be an advantage

Rotational shifts (9AM EST to 6PM PST)

Knowledge of state laws/regulations that apply to telemarketers will be an advantage

Manage and Handle a Team of 15 Associates.Key responsibilities

Should have min 2 years as Team Leader from US sales only.

Should be able to handle Attrition, Skrinkage and Data management.
