OUR BUSINESS OVERVIEW & YOUR ROLE:It's our parent captive unit of Canadian entity who's into the domain of Canadian Telecom. We are CMMI Level 5 & ISO 27001:2013 certified unit in Ahmedabad. We are involved in the business for over 12+ years and serving the B2B customers throughout Canada. Your role is to manage the process of selling services to enterprise customers with a holistic, omni-channel approach from the moment a lead is captured and qualified to the points that a solution is designed, quoted, negotiated and finally accepted. Should also possess excellent presentation/organizational skill.

ESSENTIAL & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set clear team goals and KPIs and Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
  • Do regular performance evaluation
  • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
  • Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Plan and organize team building activities
  • Responsible for revenue generation.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints / objections / escalations.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting expected sales volume
  • Lead, hire, train, mentor, and inspire Sales Team to achieve Sales targets.
  • Objectives setting for self and Team, coaching, mentoring and weekly performance evaluation to ensure goal accomplishment.
  • Build networks with repeat, existing & new clients with a view to get referrals and business opportunities.
  • Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered by the calling team members
  • Attending and conducting performance calibrations and meeting accuracy & targets
  • Act as the in-charge of managing the calling activity by the team members and manage daily operations of the team
  • Providing floor support to associates; Maintaining reports and data per the current governance and compliance metrics
  • Conducting appraisals & feedback sessions with team members at regular intervals
  • Managing the roster across the floor to ensure maximum manpower utilization
  • Managing attendance and leaves of the Team
  • Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.

  • 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in international BPO sales process
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Experience with organizing training programs
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in leading team in BPO Sales OR IT - International Business Development
  • Excellent proficiency in English communication
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales & team management
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Should be aware of Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT & Occupancy
