Management Trainee - Project Management @ TNQ Technologies

Job Description

TNQ is looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills to drive the production team to meet daily project deadlines and handle client communications. Job Description:

• Should be working closely with the managers to ensure the deliverables as per the standards and customer expectations
• Should plan, conduct schedule meetings and drive the production team to meet daily TAT & assured quality
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and handle queries from the production team
• Maintain communication with clients through mails/calls regarding queries, escalation and feedback
• Maintain & update workflow trackers, follow-up, monitor & deliver days schedule

Required Candidate profile

• Any graduate with excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) is highly preferred
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast paced environment.
• Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
• Male candidates are preferred.
  

Salary : CTC 2.2LPA | 13,650 take home plus bonus & Shift allowances

Benefits: Medical Insurance & Transport and food facilities at subsidy rates
