Job Description

JD :

Its a profile, where in person will handle the team of Manager Chief Business Mentor's who will further handle the team of advisors for business generation.
Recruit, engage and launch CBMs
Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs
Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members)
Experience in managing and supervising teams of at least 3 to 5 persons
Help the BM develop more leaders in his direct and indirect teams, and thus progress onto higher career levels.
