The position(s) will handle middle to senior level recruitment for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding the requirement and sourcing relevant profiles for the requirement. The incumbent is required to provide a seamless interface for the organization and applicant keeping 100% process adherence.
Responsibilities :
Implement overall sourcing strategy
Shortlisting applicants by placing job advertisements; contactingrecruiters, using newsgroups and job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn , etc
Deliver profiles within the turnaround time
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the open position and source relevant profiles
100% Adherence to the recruitment processes
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Provide required reports/trackers to the recruitment managers prior to the interview
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
