Profile :Technical Customer Support

Salary :Upto 4 Lpa

Notice Period :30 Days (Max)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mandatory:

1. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and should have a prior calling experience.

2. Solve queries of the customer via call.

3.Candidate should have minimum 1 Yr experience in technical support (providing troubleshooting steps or other solutions to the technical queries of the customer via call).

4. Should have strong knowledge in providing the Technical solutions regarding hardware and server.

5. Should be graduated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Will be responsible to follow the procedures of technical process.

2. Give customer satisfaction with confident and polite tone.

3. Will provide troubleshooting or other technical solutions regarding hardware and software technical issues.

4. Shift will be rotational (as per need only) : (9 am - 6 pm), (11 am -8 pm), (2 pm - 11 pm), (6:30 pm - 3:30 am).
