MODE OF INTERVIEW (DUE TO COVID-19) - ONLINE INTERVIEW
Job Description:
- To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Qualifications and eligibility criteria:
1. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS
2. Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC graduates please do not apply. CVs won't be considered
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is MANDATORY.
4. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and powerpoint)
5. Freshers (2019-20)
6. Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
7. Should have all marksheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, aadhar card, pan card.
8. ONLY FEMALE FRESHERS
Salary Offered :
1. Freshers - 15500 CTC per month but candidate must be present within 30 kms from Airoli.
2. Out of boundary location do not apply.
Shift time :- US Shift
Benefits :- 2 ways free cab facility within 30 kms + PF + ESIC + Appraisal
