Job Description
CBRE is hiring "Lead - Energy & Sustainability" based at Hyderabad for a reputed MNC client.
Looking for a minimum of 10-15 yrs of experience in Sustainability Development (International exp. will be an added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic design of energy & sustainability programs for the region. Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client's expectations.
- Develops detailed program execution plans including a budget, schedule, and work breakdown structure.
- Manages external relationships with all customer interfaces and internal with the CBRE team, client, and vendor personnel.
- Develops relationships with key client personnel in order to understand and respond to the client's needs.
- Understands and utilizes resources as required to ensure program success.
- Develops success indicators, monitors program status, and makes adjustments to the execution plan to ensure a successful outcome.
- Provides accurate, timely, and complete reports on project performance.
- Makes presentations to the client management team on program design, status, and results.
- Works with client and GWS resources on the development of materials for training, promotion, and communication of programs.
- Manages resources (as needed).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered/Professional Engineer (CEng/PE) and/or Certified/Chartered Energy Manager.
- Minimum Graduation in Science/Engineering
- Good Personality with excellent communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet
- Working knowledge and understanding of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
