Job Description

Recruit Advisors (Agents) and generate business through them
Direct and indirect marketing to increase Business turnover
Act as Team Leader to the Advisors and ensure their targets are achieved.
Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
Ensure that the Direct sales activities are carried out and completed on a daily basis
Generate leads from visits and calls made.
