Qualification : Minimum Graduate

Relevant Work Experience : 2 years

Total Experience : 4 years

Previous Role :

• Worked as a Relationship Manager / Sr. Sales Executive in a Mid-sized HFC
• Currently handling at least 5 to 10 DSAs, DSTs

Industry : Banking / NBFC in Housing Finance

Average CTC : Upto 4 L

Role Deliverables :

• Identifying business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.
• Building relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth
• Creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
• Building new relationship with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans.
• Handling DSA channels.
