Looking for Front Office Manager (FemaleCandidates only) for a national-level Beauty Retail Chain for their outlets located in Rashbehari/ South City/ Ballygunge-Kasba, South Kolkata.

# Graduate/ Diploma (Full Time), Female candidates from Rashbehari, Bhowanipore, Hazara, Gariahat, Ballygunge, Picnic Garden, Park Circus, Tollygunge, Naktala, Bansdroni, Alipore, Khidderpore, Behala, Jadavpur, Dhakuria, Garia, Patuli, Kasba, Narendrapur, Sonarpur etc. will be preferred.

# Candidates with experience in Retail Outlets, Hotels/ Hospitality, Beauty/ Fitness/ Wellness Centres, BPO or Corporate in Front Office/ Reception/ Customer Service/ Guest Service/ Administration/ Operations role shall be preferred

Locations: Rashbehari near Kalighat Metro, Anwar Shah Road opposite to South City Mall and Kasba-Ballygunge on Bypass Connector (South Kolkata)

Job Role: Front Office Management, Retail Management, Customer Service, Billing/ Cash Management, Stock Management, Service Staff Management, Team handling, General Operations & Administration

Duty Timing: 11.45 AM - 9 PM (retail shift)

Education: Graduate or at least full-time Graduate Diploma

Experience: 2 - 8 years (confident candidates with 0 to 1 year experience can also apply for Trainee position)

Gender: Female only

Age: 23 - 40 Years

Skills: Smart, confident, good communication skills, customer service oriented, team management skills, working knowledge of Computers/ MS Excel/ Reports & MIS

Annual CTC: 1.4 to 2 Lacs + Incentives
