SMC Global Securities is hiring Fresher for Sales Executive 

Role :- Sales Executive 

Job Profile :-

Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective

Responsible for Acquiring Prospective Clients for Demat / Trading Account .
Responsible for achieving Sales Target and monthly benchmarks set by Supervisors.
Maintaining Call Quality (Quality score should be greater than 80%)
Updating CRM with in prescribed TAT.
Keep abreast of Cross sell products (Insurance/ MF).
Generating leads through cold calling & references.
Timely follow-up with prospects with in framework of company compliance
Converting at-least 15% of assigned Talisma leads

CTC :- 1.60 Lacs and 1.80 Lacs
