Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of AVP - RTR - Intercompany This is a customer facing role which involves Leading and Collaborating with the Client on Process Improvement and Transformation initiatives leading to Business Impact. The role would require extensive partner management working with Genpact Operations teams, Client Shared Services team, Client Technology team and Genpact Lean Digital team with required experience on Organisational Change while working with various Legal entities and countries. Responsibilities:
  • Relevant working experience in RTR - Intercompany function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party or Shared Services set up.
  • Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives across the entire RTR Intercompany Lifecycle focusing on Invoice Scanning Posting, Accrual Posting, Reconciliation, Analysis of Mismatches, Payment Schedules, Payments and Netting & Clearing.
  • Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
  • Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.
  • Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
  • Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
  • Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization
Skills and Experience:
  • Graduate in Commerce, Marketing or Finance subject area with an MBA from a reputed College. Skilled communicator with exceptional presentation and project management skills.
  • Preferably a Chartered Accountant with Practical experience of Working on Intercompany based projects in RTR.
  • Should have at least completed the Green Belt Certification from a renowned Professional body.
  • Exposure to Industry Standard methodologies around the best in class Metrics performance and should have the working experience on SAP and Oracle ERPs and Platform tools like Blackline, ReconArt, Xero etc
  • Be a key driving force in handling new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L
  • Responsible for ensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals, actively participating in the deal process, aiding and enabling robust transitions, delivering ongoing client satisfaction through consistent high-class service delivery, and thereby ensure high NPS, cross sell and profitability
  • Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display an excellent executive presence
  • Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualification
  • Graduate in Commerce, Marketing or Finance with an MBA from reputed institutions.
Preferred Qualification
  • Ability to prioritize and handle optimal across many competing and concurrent tasks
  • Ability to handle through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures
  • Excellent conciliation, facilitation, influencing and consensus building skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
