Key Responsibilities:
Should Conduct Periodic check on the closed calls and tagging.
- Responsible for TAT adherence as per targets.
- Responsible for Quality Closure for tickets
- Responsible for Identifying and Implementing new Process for improvement
- Responsible for creating Backups for all respective systems and support activity.
- Working closely with all IT project manager and other functions for all Quality related issues & improvements& customer grievance.
- Responsible for Call Count reduction across handled process by taking appropriate actions on timely basis.
- Ability to do Root cause analyses on Quality issues & getting same fixed permanently from development team & Project Managers.
- Ability to Change & implement the process closely working with IT project managers and stake holders.
- excellent presentation & Communications Skills.
- Passion for Quality improvement process. Excellent inter-personal skills.
Hands on knowledge on MS SQL
- Validated accuracy of data to ensure database integrity.
- Strong Exposure in writing Simple and Complex SQLs queries, PL/SQL Functions and Procedures, Sub Queries.
- Proficient in tuning queries used in the application.
- Generate SQL reports and spreadsheets.
- Expert in Excel in terms of MIS for bulk data processing, such as Vlookup , pivot etc .
- General insurance domain knowledge preferable .
Understanding of Insurance domain (preferably from GI Industry)
