JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and should have a prior calling experience.
Solve queries of the customer via call.
Will be responsible to follow the procedures of technical process / non- technical process.
Give customer satisfaction with confident and polite tone.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Candidate should have minimum 1 Yr experience in technical support (providing troubleshooting steps or other solutions to the technical queries of the customer via call).
The candidate should be an immediate joiner and should join by 11^thJan 2021.
