-Negotiable but with immense experience in the Olive Oil Line. Salary No bar

-Olive Oil Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Managers, for West, Nother, South and East Zones, only from olive Oil Background.

Job Description:-

-Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality,

-Able to resolve problems identifying trends

-Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

-Able to draft and implement monthly, quarterly sales plan.

-Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

-Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

-Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

-Strong people management skills and should have handled a minimumteam of 20-25 Sales Team Members.

-Should be able to set up distribution network (Super Stockiest &&

Distributors) with a short span. Can handle distributors complaints, sales

orders, supply chain effectively

-Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.

-Able to analysis, discuss, implement different marketing plans && strategies as per the trends.

-Industry Type FMCG / Beverage

-Functional Area Sales, Retail, Business Development, Olive oil and Beverage (must)
