2. Solve queries of the customer via call.
3. Will be responsible to follow the procedures of non- technical process.
4. Give customer satisfaction with confident and polite tone.
5. Should have excellent communication skills.
6. Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in Technical Voice Customer Support.
7. The candidate should be an immediate joiner and should join by 11th Jan 2021.
