Product Manager JD
Responsibilities
- Ideate, strategize and lay out the product roadmap with the business team and define the product as per their vision.
- Document detailed requirements, business cases and flows for each release in line with the product roadmap, and socialize them within the organization.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team (business, design and engineering teams) to monitor and manage the delivery of the product as per the requirement.
- Manage the product life cycle from planning, prioritization and scheduling to tactical activities along with the project manager.
- Develop, maintain and track the product roadmap.
- Keep feelers on customers, competitors, and the market to see where the product should be going. Evaluate performance and suggest improvements in product based on data insights.
- Support the engineering build-out of the product, and sales efforts for the product. Oversee and contributing to user documentation and training; outbound marketing; product support, and handling support escalations; including quality assurance and release management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills. Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Data understanding and ability to mine data
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Business degree
- 3+ years of product marketing/product management experience with a software development / customer centric product company
- Strong technical background and skills
